I have 3 contracts with cell. Did upgrades on 2 of it. The phone I received on Friday 6 Sep is faulty. I went to cell c shop and they were not prepared top help a I did it with Cell C direct .after a whole week of calling and emailing they still haven't collected the phone, which is what must be done for them to reverse the upgrade > Are they being deliberate as I want to exercise my 7 day cooling off period. Every time I call and give the whole story to an agent I am told speak to follow up dept after I have been put through to what is the follow up dept. Its Sep 12 and they still haven't collected it . what can I do to get some response from them .this is disgusting actually.
