I contacted Cell C on the 13th August again, because I cannot get proper signal coverage in both areas that I work. This was probably the 7th time I've tried to get help.
I had one of their guys call me twice. The last time was on the 23rd August. He told me that I should be getting better signal strength now. I told him that nothing had changed. He said that they would send someone into my area that week. I have had no feeback, and STILL NO SERVICE. The internet connection both here at home where I work from in Bedfordview and my other office in Modderfontein have no cell or internet service. It comes and goes. I keep dropping calls everyday, or sometimes I cannot even make a call or receive a call. There is no service. Are you going to sort this problem out now, or refund me the balance of my 1 year 3G perpaid package. I cannot do business like this anymore.
