Poor service

Cell direct marketing contacted me in connection with a 8ta promotion on contract cellphones. We are busy moving to the Groot Marico area and there is no MTN signal. I asked the guy who phoned me numerous times if he was 100% certain that 8ta is going to have signal in the area where we are busy moving to and he assured me 8ta has signal all over because it's working via Telkom. I am very pleased with 8ta's service and their rates. But when I am on the farm near Groot Marico I do not have internet connection and 8ta cannot work without internet connections. You cannot sms or call or do anything. I am very upset because I am studying via Unisa and I need to use internet regularly. If I knew this is what is going to happen I would rather use Vodacom because only Vodacom has signal on the farm.
I phoned Cell Direct on 5 August 2013 twice and every time the supervisor will call me back. I phoned again on 6 August and still they will call me back. Up to know nobody called!
