Have been trying to upgrade my contract since last year november and get no help from the staff and everyone has a different story. have logged a few attempts on the auto page website but keep getting the same message that someone will contact me and nobody does. Is this how you treat a loyal customer of over ten years? SHOCKING. Need top management of western cape email address so I can email them a breakdown of the situation and finalize my upgrade as clearly the staff at canal walk are incapable of handling this.
