I wrote a complaint last week about not getting the right package uploaded to my phone compared to the actual contract that I took out and cell c responded by saying that someone in the escalation department will deal with and contact me during the day. She did that and said she would have to go through the voice recordings and then get back to me. Its been a week and she still hasnt gotten back to me. I am growing tired of cell cs incompetence and incapabilities in handling my matters. I want everything sorted out today. I want someone to deal with this and sort out my contract today.
