DONT GET YOUR PHONE OVER A WEEKEND

Dear virgin,
i was quite exited to move from MTN to you due to the great reports i heard from friends and family. lucky for them, they never had their phone .on a Friday. why you ask? cause if they did, they might have warned me that your lost/ phone ITC department is closed over weekends. WHAT?! can this be?! it appears so... now unlucky for me my phone was on Friday. i went into your canal walk branch as your call centre was closed. the lady there (very helpfull bte) told me they only attend to ITC numbers on monday, and once i submit the form, it will take another 2 to 3 days to supply me with the ITC number, which i need to report the case to the Police, in order to get a casenumber, which i need to submit my claim from my insurance company, which will most probably also take 2 to 3 working days to process my claim. So im phone-less for over a week... being a mobile company i would think you would understand the importance of a phone, it is what you sell us on a daily basis! VERY DISAPPOINTING :(
