For more than a year i have problems with Cell C not being able to get reception for my modem. After numerous calls to them and eventually a report here on "hello peter", i had my contract cancelled. They didnt however refund my payments as promised, but i was so tired of fighting with them, i eventually gave up, as my installments had at least stopped. But alas. 3 months later they start deducting from my account AGAIN. I now demand a repayment of the money into my account within 7 days and a public apology. Otherwise... see u in court.
