I had some issues with a slow connection. Saw the e-mail address for telkom's escalation team in hellopeter.
Sent the mail to them and within one hour of sending the mail, I received a call telling me that they assessed the concern, there was a fault on their side. My profile was at 1 Mbps and I was charged for 2 Mbps.
Profile updated and everything sorted.
Thanks Telkom. I have only received great service from the 1st time I opened my account with you.
