Port problem 4 weeks

I am struggling to sort out a port for my wife's cellphone number now for 4 weeks with Nashua Mobile. I have a contract with Nashua, so I thought adding hers would be no problem. What a nightmare. They still have not sorted it out. I have phoned and mailed from my side the whole time with no luck. I actually do not now who to phone anymore. My local branch in Potch is so helpful but can not do anything than just enquire to them with also no luck. Maybe this help and a manager phone me!
I received some help from Marie Gropp, but unfortunately she reverted it back to Tshepo Khati who is so incompetent that I can not tell what else he did on my contract.
