I have not been able to connect to the Internet from my phone since this morning after fighting with a useless IVR and having my call cut i was three times i was finally able to get through to someone they were not able to help at all, the only thing they can advise is i call from another phone or go into a service centre. I cannot call from another phone and do not see why i have to waste my time going into a service centre as no one can tell me the operating time of the centres. My settings are fine, i have compared them to someone Else's setting who has the same phone and is on the same network.
I am a paying customer and they are not able to offer any actual resolution or assist me in any way. This is by far the worst service i have experianced in a very long time. MTN might as well not service their customers at all.
