No feedback on installation weeks after deadline

I signed up for new telkom service and installation. It was committed that installation will be finalised within 1-2 weeks at the most. 3 and 1/2 weeks later and to date the call centre is not able to provide feedback on the matter. They are unable to establish the hold-up. Please determine hold-up and installation date asap.
