Useless fnb as expected

I was promised by shirvon from the premier resolution centre that this
phone issue will be resolved by monday well its wednesday now and still no
phone still no feedback the premier resolution centre is useless and the staff aswell.where is my replacement phone??? can the person in charge or someone please contact me and I want compensation as I had to buy a new phone since its been over a month trying to get my phone back.worst service yet again.they should call the premier resolution centre the garbage department instead sort this out now!!!
