On the 26th of August 2013 my cell phone network was closed without any notification by Theo from 8ta. I called in to 8ta to find out what happened and I was informed that I was in areas and needed to pay R 643.00 to reactivate my network. The 28th of August marks the day I made the requested payment and faxed the proof of payment to 8ta. I then made a call on the 29th and spoke to Mpumi, she then promissed to followup for me. Not having so much joy getting my phone working over the phone, I then went to the Telkom outlet on the 30th and the lady there logged a case for me. Again on the 3rd of September I went to Telkom and was promised that my phone will be working again in two hour. As I right to you, on the 4th, I still cannot make or receive call neither user my social network.
