I have long been reporting that i can not recieved mobile on my cell phone. Their response was that they were going to attend to it. i visited a telkom outlet bt invein. Today in August 19 2013 iwas also out of network from 11am, i once again visited a telkom outlet n was given a new sim card it then worked for only 5 minutes then again it went of line. At about 2pm i called telkom customer care their response was to get back to me bt did not happen. At 20:15pm i called them again, in which spoke wit a Phalleb he also promised to call back vt never did. At 20:36 i called customer care and got ahold of a SHELDON GOVERNDER he failed to get me back online instead he said i must drive to Portshepstone kzn (80 km from my home which is in harding kzn) I then let knw that it was impossible for me to drive down for something dat wasnt my fault. he then replied he couldnt help me any further. At present i am offline. bear in mind i have a 2 year contract wit 8ta.
