Good Day

Its been a week and my network has been down on my cellular phone... called through to 8ta service centre and was told the network is being upgraded and BIS network has been down... filed a case and was told by late tomorrow night it will be resolved however this issue still persists. Had no one call me as i was told someone
was going to contact me to resolve this issue! why were we not informed about this before we loaded our BIS now a week has gone by and my phones network is still down this is just from 8tas side we are paying for something that's not working! I'm really considering going back to my old network as this never happened there.
