Long story short - I was struggling to get a particular handset from MTN for an upgrade that was due since Feb 2013. Today, I spoke with a very efficient and very friendly person by the name of Kefilwe at the call centre. She empathised, listened, and found a solution to my problem. Kefilwe was possibly the most helpful person there (as well as Patrick in Accounts), as everyone else was giving conflicting stories.
Please make sure that this compliment goes on her employee record, give her a raise, clone her, whatever it takes. That kind of employee will result in customer satisfaction and retention!
