This employee does not know his job or the industry he is working in and then has the cheek to treat a regular client who has been working on Boats for about 5 years like they are stupid and don't know what they are talking about. Meanwhile this "Chris-Jan" is assuming what the client wants and does not listen to what the client is explaining to him that they actually want.
This employee also has an inability to deal with clients. GOLDEN RULE IN BUSINESS: THE CLIENT MIGHT NOT BE RIGHT, BUT YOU TREAT THE CLIENT RIGHT! Which this employee is clearly incapable of doing, he takes up nasty tones and when the client gets angry with him he has the cheek to phone back and leave nasty messages for the client with his Fiance.
I would not recommend dealing with this person at all! Honestly from a Business Person's perspective this employee needs to learn how to deal with clients or be fired as this kind of behavior from employees is actually very hurtful for any business, this kind of thing can ultimately shut down a business.
