I have a classic Preservation fund account with Stanlib which I opened in 2009. From 2009, I have never received any statement from them. I called today and I was told that I should check with Liberty as my details were not found. I spoketo Tsepo and Edgar.

Subsequently I called Standard Bank as the consultant was based in Standard East Rand Mall K 90 Barnch. I spoke Kefilwe who told me that this account a busness account. Kefilwe transferred me to another consultant who transferred me to Byron who had an atitute from. He told me that he cannot divuldge the details on my account and I need tio go to the branch. Suprisingly I am the account holder I wonder why he cant divulde the details.

Can someone please assist me as soon as humanly possible.
