I have been trying to sort out a smartphone LTE issue through Nashua Mobile for the last few months and have had little to no success or useful explanation from anyone offering me assistance either in person (at a store) or telephonically or via e-mail. Then, I was very fortunate to have Marisa Smit contact me via e-mail and show a real effort to rectify the problem. She has been rapid in her responses and incredibly insightful and understanding with her explanations and support. It is rare and very much appreciated!
