I called telkom in May to notify them that I am moving house from the 1st of June and would like for my Telephone line to move with me. Till September they have not come to move the line and have been billed for 4 months for a service that i did not have and could not use. Now they expect me to take of for the week because the technician can come any time during the week to install the line. Telkom does not work on weekends and after 4:30. Do they realise that people have to work in order to pay for their service. MY ADVISE TO EVERYONE - RATHER USE NEOTEL
