On 23 June, I was in Woodmead branch to purchase DVD home theatre system. I was offered help by sales agent. Despite telling clearly that I am looking for Sony or Pioneer system, salesman was so adamant selling me LG or Samsung that he went to the extent to tell me that the store does not have stock of any other brands.
Reluctantly I enquired with him on one of the Samsung model that was on display and guess what, OUT of STOCK.
He suggested to come next week when they will get more stock and I will have better options to select from.
So, I went again to the branch on 30 June and deliberately avoided the same salesman but to my surprise it was same story from other guys as well. It was just PUSHY, IRRITATING and UNPROFESSIONAL sales ethics.
Eventually I went to Dion store, next door in woodmead where the sales guys offered me so many choices for both Sony and Pioneer that within 15mins I was in and out of the store with the my purchase without any hassles.
