8ta, it's not going to work out between us

Dear 8ta / Telkom Mobile
We had a nice fling for about a year now. You were cheap. I needed internet. All was well.
Then my internet got slow. Really slow.
I complained, you couldn't assist me. I complained on hellopeter, you immediately found a way of pretending to assist me. That didn't work out.
Then I complained again on hellopeter. I got a reference number (6575080), and was told that I'm getting "escalated". I assumed that was good. I assumed that it means that I'm going to be a priority to you. I assumed I'm going to get some attention.
Alas, your escalation was a matter of words only. It's been 8 days, and still my internet speed go down to speeds where I can't open [URL Removed]
So dear 8ta, it's not me, it's you, and it's not going to work between us. I note all these younger deals around, and I think it's time for me to leave.
We can end this relationship on a positive note if you repay me the R1800 I had to pay for my current 60gb deal, but I guess that's not going to happen.
If I can give you some relationship advice for your future: upload speeds of 0.02 doesn't quite cut it. Making promises which you don't keep neither.
