ALL THEY WANT IS MONEY!

I HAVE A CELLC CONTRACT AND DONT USE THE SIM SOMEONE MY SIM AND REPLACED IT WITH ANOTHER ONE. I FOUND OUT ON THE 26/02/13 WHEN THE BILL WENT OFF FOR R600 I THEN BLOCKED THE NUMBER AND CELLC CALL CENTRE THEN EXPLAINED THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO AS IT IS MY RESPONSIBILITY. I WAS UPSET BUT WHAT CAN I DO I THEN TRIED MAKING PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE MONTH OF MARCH BILL. TRYING TO GET HOLD OF CELLC WAS A MISSON ON ITS OWN THE CALLS GET CUT OR NO ANSWER. FINALLY WHEN I DID GET THROUGH TO A CALL AGENT THEY LOGGED A CASE AND SAID SOMEONE ELSE WILL THEN CALL ME. I CALLED BACK AS ITS BEEN A FEW DAYS AND NO ONE CALLED WAS THEN INSURED SOMEONE WILL CALL LAST WEEK SOMEONE CALLED AND JUST TO TELL ME I MUST PAY THE NEW AMOUNT OF R1500 OVER 3MONTHS WHICH I EXPLAIINED I CAN NOT AFFORD. I THEN TRIED CALLING THERE LEGAL DEPARMENT JUST FOR THEM TO TELL ME THERES NOTHING THEY CAN DO THEY ALREADY PROCESSED THE DEBIT! THEY DONT GIVE A IF THERES FOOD ON MY TABLE OR NOT ALL THEY WANT IS MONEY! GETTING PASS THE CALL CENTRE TO SPEAKING TO A MANAGER EVEN IN A CALL CENTRE YOU WAIT FOREVERND STILL DONT GET TO SPEAK TO ONE! IF I NEW THIS IS THE ATTITUDE I WOULD NEVER HAVE UPGRADED MY CONTRACT!!!
