Despite being a loyal client of Mweb for over 17 years I still get charged a large amount every month. I have uncapped ADSL which costs a lot every month. I have never been offered any specials or any reduced rates. Every month there is an extra charge of over R250 for my daughter to load data!!! Why am I being charged when I have uncapped data??? Unless Mweb comes up with a brilliant deal for a long standing client I will of course be moving onto to where I will be treated as a valued client and not a bank account!!!
