I requested a delivery from an accessories store. The courier collected the wrong parcel. However, the parcel never reached me anyway. I contacted them, they said I should request a new delivery (for my own account, even though it was not my error). However, how can I have the parcel delivered back to the store if I dont even know where it is?
The store is demanding the product back, however I have no idea where it is since MDS collected it but it never reached me. Nobody is telling me anything. All I know is that the store needs its product back and I need my correct parcels delivered to me. MDS is making no effort whatsoever to sort the situation. Very disappointing. I will never ever use their services and will definitely not recommend them.
