I am trying to resolve a wrong billing issue on my mothers number. Monthy (5 months running) an amount of R35 is being deducted from another service via her cellc account which she has never agreed. After contacting Cellc numerous times to help cancel the service for months now nothing has changed. She is due for upgrade but before this is not sorted and the funds payed back I WILL take my business to a competitor service and end the contract.
