Cell C refuses to cancel my contract

Hello Peter,

CellC point blank refuses to cancel my Contract. Every month i have a problem with CellC, if it's not a billing issue, it's an information issue that CellC has messed up with, i have kindly asked CellC on numerous occasions to cancel my contact and revert me back to Vodacom who were my previous service providers in accordance with the consumer protection act of South Africa.
