I previously posted a complaint regarding incorrect billing. This issue took a while to resolve, but in the end I was refunded. Again this month when I did a balance check, I discovered that I will be over billed again, and it seems like my query has not been resolved as I trusted. This is now getting frustrating. C 4 yourself? I did see it 4 myself.
