As per my complaint of the 6th of June 2013 I was later informed that my billing issue was resolved and that I would be refunded the R238 and that it would not be charged this incorrect billed amount and Brian reported the matter was resolved. I then said I could not comment until I saw it on my statement after I was assured it had been rectified. Well guess what it is not resolved as Autopage still went ahead and debited the incorrect amount. Brian ca you please contact me as you also do not answer your phone, ANYBODY, can any competent person at AUTOPAGE please help me. I am so frustrated with you you guys.
