AGAIN!!!???

Dear Cell C

I lodged a complaint last month about incorrect billing. Had direct contact via email with one of your consultants, I honestly thought my issue would be solved. Unfortunately I can't access my account on the Cell C website.

Lets have a recap.

My R399 contract, got billed 800 something, my mom similar. I just took her phone and did the *101# balance check, amount due R450, WHY IS THIS STILL BEING BILLED INCORRECTLY, please fix it. If i do the balance check on my phone it does not show me the amount due, so be my witness, if I get a surprise at the end of this month again, I will cause you the world's. Just how INCOMPETENT are the people handling these types of issues. PLEASE, I BEG YOU, HOW HARD CAN IT BE. After all my correspondence, still getting this wrong, my mother's account should probably be in credited with the amount you charged last month.

I will pursue this to the HIGHEST level possible if you guys me around again. This is not supposed to be like this. At this moment you don't deserve my money, nor my support.

So can I again ask nicely (for the last time) PLEASE SORT THIS OUT
