Hi, I lodged a complaint on 03 May 2013 and to date nothing has been done. Cell C responded and said that Blanche will assist but only heard from her once and then she dissappeared... just like ur network signal! I have never heard from her since and i cannot get though to her phone. Are u planning on cancelling my contract? Please get someone else to assist me!!
Cell C obviously doesnt know what urgent means and neither do u have any idea what customer service is.
In a way, it makes sense that ur network signal is as pathetic as ur service!!
Totally annoyed!
