On 24 February 2011 i took out a new contract with MTN at the Grey Owl Shopping Centre in Centurion Pretoria. The contract was a top up 100 and the amount was supposed to be R 268 / month. MTN billed me in access of R1065 .00 over a period of 6 months. After driving over 400 km x 8 and 8 visits to the mentioned branch an Menlynn main Branch. There where no responce at all. The best they dit was to rectify the amount to R 268 / month. The access payment was never refunded. Iff i make a stop payment they will simply blacklist me. This is and i the customer is helpless.. I have reported it to Hellopeter and there were no response either.
