I can not seem to convert my airtime to internet bundles and this is getting a big frustration for me. Sometimes the conversion did work but just on 10 Mb even though I have R100 rand or more on my phone and now it simply wont work, not through a call center or through *141*6# .It does not have anything to do with putting a manual money top up on your phone, because I did it and it still don't work. Things don't get better on this package because this is not the only problem I have encounter with this service! I am on the edge of changing my provider to someone who can help me and have the time to help me.
