I have a BB 9360 on contract. It stopped working properly end of April, I took out another phone on contract & spent much time with the technical helplines. I took the BB to the Constantia Kloof branch on 27/06/13 to be sent in for repairs. I phoned the repair centre on 5/08 & I was told that they had only been asked to fetch the phone on 04/08!
During this month that my phone sat in the store, I was offered a job in another country. I went to the store and no one was able to explain the delay. I phoned MTN & tried to log a complaint, I was passed around & promised callbacks etc. Eventually I was told the repair would be fastracked. I explained I no longer wanted the phone & that I wanted to cancel the contract & be refunded for the month the phone was in the store. I was told to take it up with the store in question.
Thurs 08/08 I phoned & was told the manager would call me. I phoned again today & was told that the manager was unable to be reached on their phone & am again waiting for someone to phone me. My other contract is working well and I really can't waste anymore time and money on 083564802
