PUT ME ON ITC WHILE MY ACCOUNT IS UP TO DATE!

We have 2 smart cards. One is permanantly activated and the other one we only activate when we go camping. As soon as we deactivate it, I pay that amount on DSTV website. My account with the permanent goes through with a debit order. What multichoice then do, is they allocate that amount to my permanant account and the debit order goes throug for a smaller amount, which then shows the other account is not paid. Then they send me these final warnings, etc. where I then explain to them they must just transfer the amounts, because the amount was settled. Now we need to open a new cellphone contract where I want to keep my existing number and already cancelled our current contract with Nashua ending 31 Jan 2013, but now our new account with Vodashop can not be opened due to this. If my name is not cleared within 2 days, we are gonna loose our current cellphone number. The only person that has been kind of helpful at multichoice, was a Promise. I would be glad if you can sort this out. My Ref number is 11981682. This will have the history of me struggeling to get my name cleared which should not have been there in the first place. I am seriously considering Crimen injuria case! Thx
