Account opened but no help from Virgin

I have been having problems with Virgin Mobile in resolving a matter involving a account opened in my name.
Over the past year and half I have been liaising with their collections department Direct Channel Credit Management to no avail (Ref VCB 107252258). I even contacted their forensics department that proved to be a fruitless exercise.

I have done all that was required i.e. send through the affidavit to them and was told that matter will be resolved. My credit rating has been affected and money is owed to me by Virgin Mobile. I want my money back and my name cleared on credit.
