Good day,

In July I got an 16g ipad on contract (2g 2g) with my company. Since then our ipad shows no sim on and off. We thought this was a minor issue until eventually after a sim swap the problem became permanent. The ipad was then taken in for repairs, came back with marks as if someone was trying to open the cover with a blunt tool. Vodacom has refused to take responsibility and the problem was not even solved. So I wonder do you even know anything about this product? Why are you selling it when there is no place to repair then? Please give me a new product, what you are doing is wrong ethically and otherwise. This complaint is all over, come on!
