Deducting incorrect amounts from bank account

After 2 years good service the 3rd year has been a pain as Webnow just does not answer my queries and deduct more than double the amount from my bank account. They agreed on 27 May that R99 will be deducted from 1 July, but they deducted R312.11 on 30 June and R249 on 1 August and today they sent me an invoice for R249 for end August. It does not help phoning them or sending emails. They just don't respond.
