Disconnecting of the network

Registered a Call with 8-ta on 081 180 and spoke to MPUME at 16:52 on 2-08-2013 with case number 655 9882.
Incident Number was allocated to me incident number 400 5133.
Then I received various numbers suspect it Originate from Engineering. [13768756] and [13733431].
On Thursday they have Technicians with me at 10:00 Rudzani Lidzhade - (081 312 9048) and at 11:00 James Dladla - 083 252 3269.
The problem persisted later the same day and until now.
The TM-SOC have responded to say they are working on it, No result or feedback with results.
I have been send a incident number (407 1650) via sms today because they could not get hold of me on the network.
I have called 081180 Now I am Waiting again for Engineering.
