Your technical team has CLOSED an incident without resolving it!!! The number (0823613883) has not yet been ported. It has now taken more than a week to port. If the porting cannot be successfully completed TODAY, the 20/06/2013, I will CANCEL this contract because Telkom Mobile has failed to deliver. I will get this entire deal cancelled if you do NOT deliver TODAY. Secondly, I want a proper explanation why the incident was CLOSED without being resolved as I intend to take this matter further. I WILL NOT accept another response like "wait 24 to 48 hours". I have been told that too many times. This is your FINAL opportunity to resolve this matter. Either you port the number or you cancel the deal!
