I have just upgraded my contract in January to a blackberry 9320, however this is now the third time that it is broken and whenever I go to your store in the workshop the salesman Clint is very rude to me, I am very unhappy with the service I am receiving from Vodacom and although being a loyal client would like to cancel my contract!!! I have also called the call centre (111) and they said that the store should of replaced the phone as they are problematic but when I go in store I am met by an arrogant manager telling me there is nothing he can do to help me but I mean really!!! is Vodacom excluded from the CPA Im paying for a phone that is broken!!! this is daylight...
