8ta / Telkom Mobile
No Response on Customer complaints

When I entered into the Data contract with 8ta, all was well, the system worked great, then the signal started to deteriorate until the modem disconnect and I have no service. 6 Months ago I started reporting the problem to the helpline and the call center, numerous times, they call me back, but other than that nothing is happening!
