I am irate at one of your 3rd party dealers mentioned above for misrepresenting. I have contacted their Call Centre without reprieve. 1. My wife was contacted by said Provider but she did not understand what they were trying to accomplish and directed them to speak to me. I engaged the person on the line and quickly made it clear that I am not interested in another cell phone contract as I already had three with MTN. I reiterated about three or four times that I want to make sure that I don't get another contract but she was adamant it was a new deal on the existing one; lower charges. 2. I had to confirm banking details of the current account which I expressed my unwillingness to do. 3. SMS'es followed about orders being processed by Extreme Lifestyle which I had not agreeed to and then a debit on my account from Guardrisk whom also I had not contracted with. How did these toher parties get my banking details? This is outright behaviour. Although I got an answering email that I'd be conteacted within 24hrs; that was 20/08/2013 - it's now 5/9/2013, nothing.
