INCORRECT NUMBERS ON ACCOUNT & SLOW SERVICE

I have been a Vodacom customer for the past 13 years and over the past few days I have had for the first time ever, very poor service from Vodacom.

I signed up for a new contract on 01/09/2013, I had spent the whole of 03/09/2013 dealing with customer-care trying to figure out why the new account was suspended, which was due to Vodacom4u issuing me with the wrong sim card, I had to drive to the store for them to determine the issue.

I have 2 cellphone numbers showing on my account which DO NOT belong to me. This has yet to be rectified. AND I DO NOT WANT TO BE CHARGED FOR THEM. I HAVE SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS.

I made an online order for an iPad yesterday (13:31) and have still not received confirmation of the order. If I do not receive the confirmation call by noon, so that I may receive the order tomorrow, I will cancel and order through FNB or MTN.
