I applied for a new contract in March and i was asked to pay R368 every month but i noticed on the third month that they were deducting more so i went to the branch and spoke to the consultant who assisted me with the contract and he just brushed me off and told me all is fine now only to find out they are still deducting the wrong amount, i then went to the shop and spoke to the supervisor who also brushed me off as i had to give her my details when she did not ask for them, she promised to get back to me but she never it been 3days now
