Very poor poor poor service

After 24 years of being a loyal customer to mtn, this is such a disgrace. that i got such an unpleasent service from mtn. such a big brand across the globe, i was conviced that i was with the right mobile network provider only to find out that i was in the wrong side of the road.. i applied for a contract phone but to my suprise i got two asha's instead of an iphone that i had apllied for and when i reported the error it took mtn three to four days for them to tell me that i must bring back the wrong phones myself instead of them collecting them as promised. and was never told to go to a specific branch, i then went to mtn at maponya mall and i was send packing cause they had nothing to do with the error. out of my patiency i called mtn again to sort their mess out, it went invail. i kept calling till the fourth time then they came to collect their phones. three days later i was debited for the wrong phones that i had sent back to mtn, once again i called them since i had became theircall centre agent. instead of getting an explanation my current life line was suspended. NB i went to get another contract but i realise that mtn failed again. NB NB i am out business cause of mtn...
