Poor service

Bought cellphone contract from supplier over the phone and were delivered only to find that the phones were wrong and the vouchers were not there, called Afrizon on 011 43036555 to come and collect and they never did. Now it has been over 8 week and Vodacom has billed and debited their money for phones that are still in the boxes and not even activated, when trying to call again the number is not picked up it just gets cut off automatically. This is really annoying and if not resolved we gonna get assistance from the lawyers
