This report is a follow up on my first report.

RE: CANCELLATION OF OCTOPHONE PACKAGE - 0398350071

As per our telephonic conversation with Leoni Small in response to the above matter and the credits due to us since 17 May 2012, she mentioned that an agent called Mr H Patel, the account holder/member on the 27th May 2012 and stated that " the cancellation would only take effect after one month written notice and after the name change from Talbot to Graisco Trading, Only thereafter would he be due for the credits on the account."

Mr Patel response is that he received no telephonic call nor any letter from Telkom and was under the impression that all is in order as per the 17th May 2012 and awaits credits due to him since then, yet we only received a credit for for May 2013 of an amount of /- R1000.00 which is very unethical.
