We applied for ADSL connection line. Telkom investigated and confirmed that it is possible to make the installation in this area. Although Telkom now alleges that the installation has been made, we have received not any visit what so ever from their technical staff or having been officially been made aware of the existence of such a service. Under the circumstances we have persisted with our contract with our existing service provider.
