I had a loan with Bridge loans with I skipped payment for it for about 3 months. Within the 3rd month Coombie associate send a man to my office asking me to sign documents and asking for my account number for them to deduct my account as he was in a rush. I had already applied for debt review when this man came and he told me I was making a mistake by applying for debt review, never at any point told me that R824 would be debut from my account and that I will be garnished. Coombie has being debiting my account for the last couple of months and at any point did I not honor payment. At the end of the day they still garnished me, what's frustrating the me most is that they debited my account this month and a garnishee still went of salary this month. After being told by my HR that they have send through a garnishee, I called them and asked them to cancel the debit order which they refused, I requested the bank to to stop the debit order which they did last month but these people still deducted money this month.
I want my money refunded immediately, because what you are doing is not right and acceptable. Why do you garnishee my salary and then still debit my account - this is BUL
